I came here on the 13th & 14th last week. This hardware store is huge & amazing . I was super impressed I came back again! All the staff are so helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. I’m super glad this is very local where I live, I don’t have to drive too far. They have so many selections!! Whether it’s hardware, garden, plumbing , anything for house inside and outside , any repairs, they have great gifts, clothing , car stuff, huge garden decor and decorations, they have a garden outside a lot of plants and flowers to choose from as well as soil, mulch . Their outside garden is very cool, they have high quality of flowers, plants, succulents, bushes are super healthy! They really have unique finds here! I love it !! This store is highly organized and Super clean as well as their restrooms! I bought altogether:Euphoria, broom, 4 jasmin sambac, 2 everblooming , 2 fuchsia, 2 sunflowers, 6 pack of annuals, yesterday tomorrow today . For the great quality of their flowers , plants and Succulents their price points are spot on! The team members that really helped me on my two visits were Kris, James, Wade, Stephanie, Katherine and Michael! All so very wonderful, super polite, super down to earth, beyond friendly, very understanding, kind, caring and highly Knowledgeable!! They really made my days! These team members are your Superstars!! I’m so appreciative of my positive experiences both times, of course I’ll be back!! Thank you so much Ace Hardware place for making my both visits so memorable!! I’ll tell all my family and friends to visit here !!

5/10/2026 mid afternoon I bought 2 hydrangeas for Mother’s Day. I put them side-by-side, watered the same By Thursday, one was wilting. I took pictures of them (again side-by-side) Saturday & Sunday. I attempted to exchange the one that was dieing. I didn’t have a receipt but it was still in the original pot. I asked if they couldn’t reference my shopper number. Not for plants. So let me get this straight: it is possible to track purchases by your shopper number, just not for what I wanted to exchange? I wasn’t asking for a refund. Lesson learned

It's a convenient place to get home improvement products but usually not my first choice as it seems more expensive than a Home Depot or Lowe's. It is clean and almost posh, pleasant to browse through but obviously less selection and less staff. The garden department, on a recent couple of visits, had a lot of their plants wilting from a lack of care and watering. Having said that I have been looking for a native grass plant named Karl Foerster feather reed grass for ages, stopping by without much luck at some garden centers and nurseries both locally and in northern california, as well as online.... it was not available to even be shipped to my address for some reason. All of sudden I see two 3 gallon specimens at this garden center, looking poorly but I took a chance and bought them both. After dividing and planting them...they're doing great. What really prompted this review is that they have an impressive hardware isle, with bolts, and nuts of all sizes and styles. Certainly a larger selection than HD or Lowe's, which limit their nuts and bolts to 3/4 size. Here they had versions of 7/8, and up to an inch bolts or washers. After visiting other stores and guess ordering on Amazon...I was finally able to find the right 22mm nut with the right thread cut. It made me so happy. I was beaming.

I went to this location today to purchase Z fold paper towels. The website said they had 34 items in stock. And that they were available for pick up within 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store, the manager refused to sell them to me because he said they were for store use. I asked if was refusing to sell me an item their website says is available and he said yes. I tried to support Ace Hardware because they’re usually locally owned but maybe Home Depot or Lowe’s are a better option.

I went to Ace Hardware yesterday to look at some plants and a trellis, but was very disappointed with how the plants looked. They used to have a good selection and people that cared. Now most of the plants were dead, and it was a mess out there. It was sad to see.
