We experienced a sudden plumbing leak which damaged the downstairs flooring and kitchen cabinetry in our rental townhome. A friend referred us to Avner Gat, Inc. based on his own positive experience. Our public adjuster, Gary, took control from the outset, established a communications protocol with the insurance carrier to protect us, and kept us informed through each step in the process. Gary left no stone unturned in his pursuit of covered losses, while aggressively pushing back on the carrier's efforts to minimize their payouts. He even got the insurance company to provide coverage by formally articulating our case, providing detailed documentation, injecting the expertise of construction industry consultants if needed, and citing insurance regulations where appropriate. We fully supported Gary's handling of our case and entrusted him to leave nothing on the table. He was cordial, friendly, accessible, and truly successful on our behalf. To say Gary exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. On a scale of 1 to 10 Avner Gat, Inc. and Gary get a 14 from me.
