Excellent place for budding supply. Open as early as 5:30am. Prices are good and service is even better. They will load your truck which saves time and back pains. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The service was disappointing, the communication was poor, and the overall handling of the situation showed a serious lack of professionalism. What I received did not meet reasonable expectations, and when I tried to address it, the company was dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. I gave them several opportunities to resolve the matter fairly, but instead of working toward a solution, they made the process even more frustrating. It was clear that customer service and accountability were not priorities. The entire experience felt careless, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult. This situation caused avoidable stress, delays, and inconvenience, all of which could have been prevented with better communication and a basic willingness to stand behind their business practices. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and get every detail in writing before making any commitment.

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Central Valley Builders Supply (CVBS). I purchased stone veneer based on their in-store sample and brochure, but what was delivered was completely different in color, composition, and overall appearance. This was a clear sale by sample, and the product they delivered does not match what was shown at all. The difference is not minor, it is obvious and makes the material unusable for my project. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue professionally, CVBS refused to take any responsibility. They declined to accept a return, refused a refund, and offered no reasonable solution. Their lack of accountability is extremely concerning. This situation caused serious project delays, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. Even worse, their complete disregard for customer concerns shows how little they stand behind their products. Do not rely on their samples or representations, even if everything is in writing. Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Fast and friendly customer service been coming here for more than 20 yrs. Love this place wouldn't change it for home depot or lows.

We have been removing our front lawn and I decided to add some flagstone to create a patio and walkway space. I knew exactly what I wanted but was not sure where to find it. Some stone yards can feel a little intimidating, especially since these are not projects I take on often, but the team at CVBS could not have been more welcoming. Their inventory is incredible, their prices are very reasonable, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident about my choices. And delivery was right on schedule.
