Shea Dunn did our inspection for our upcoming one year builder warranty, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He was extremely thorough, took his time and inspected every inch of our home, both inside and out. His attention to detail was impressive, and the inspection report was easy to understand with the very detailed explanations and pictures. He also provided outstanding customer service and took the time to answer our questions. We would definitely recommend Shea to anyone needing a home inspection and will absolutely be using him again for any future inspections! Our kiddo says "he was really nice and that hot and cold device he used was really cool" Thanks Shea we appreciate you!

Inspector claimed that our main sewer line to the city was perfectly fine before we bought the house. Turns out he missed a whole foot of pipe just missing and all we got refunded was the specific inspection add on out of the whole inspection price. Just a 6000 dollar mistake thanks! Going through and finding a lot that he missed now that we purchased the home, he just checked the box and called it a day. Go with a different company this one doesn’t care if they mess up nor do their inspectors and won’t be held liable for it in this state. *update/response* I had spoken to your team and 2 times was told a manager would call me when I found this issue shortly after buying the home and I was never given a call by your management just some one who is not affiliated telling me I’m out of luck because you can’t be held responsible. 25 feet from the sewer clean out was this issue and 2 feet of pipe was missing. Clearly your inspector didn’t do his job at all, repair crew said they have no idea how you would miss this.

I had a great experience with this home inspector specifically Shea Dunn. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough in every aspect of the inspection. He took the time to carefully walk through the entire property and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how detail-oriented he was—nothing felt rushed, and he made sure to point out both major concerns and smaller items that could become issues down the line. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing a quality job and making sure I felt informed and confident moving forward. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much more comfortable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
