Frankie was very onowlesgable beforehand on what the situation was with our main sewer line and was able to hydrojet the roots out very effectively. Curtis is our only Plumber we plan to use going forward and their professionalism is unsurpassed. Frankie has worked. 26 years at Curtis and that is a reflection on a great company !! Thank you so much for solving all our problems at the house!!

This was one of my most horrifying experience The guy came in in dress suits and just looked at the covered pipe and asked for $4000 to repair a 1/2 inch pipe Apparently he came just too collect $175 and leave to another assignment and get another $165. You can calculate if he goes to 5 assignment a day he will earn $900 per day without working I never recommend this company to anybody

he located the cause of the water stoppage - a wifi issue - but before preceeding to reboot and work with my phone to update the system - which i could have easily done myself - he did not speak about cost. i asked him to peek at the stove - 2mins - he said to call the gas company - i asked also to look at the drip in upstairs bathroom - 10 mins - he said all corroded and suggested a refurb. i appreciate the help getting the water working, and his advice on the stove and bathtub drip - but considering i could have done the wifi reboot myself, i felt that the call out should not have cost more than the call out fee/ or up to $200 total for the work - the approx $350 fee seemed high and unnecessary - He also took it upon himself to dismiss the city waterworks whom i had called out for a different reason without consulting me, the owner of the house. there was no estimate given ahead of him proceeding, no clarifying that i could have reloaded apps on my own to save cost, which would have been appreciated. I probably wont be calling again. or at best, i would request a different technician.

Chase came out for the service call. He found and described the Moen check valve and limit stop valves clearly. He will order the parts and then schedule a return date to install them. Very happy with the diagnosis and explanation and the confidence Chase has looking forward to having him do the job

I've used Curtis Plumbing multiple times. It's been easy to schedule...I haven't had to wait long for service...and Cain and Chase have both been super professional the entire time. It's not a surprise that they have great reviews all over the internet.
