When we entered the store no one greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. I’m not trying to have a pity party but It felt as if being a young Latino couple meant we did not belong there. In contrast every white customer who walked in received special attention and was guided around the store. We noticed that no one approached us to offer assistance or even ask if we needed anything. This experience left us feeling ignored and unwelcome.

I went in for 20 minutes, not one person helped me. I asked one guy and he said he’d call someone up but had to make a phone call and he didn’t call anyone for me. Went to front and asked for help and she rudely said she can’t. I kept strolling and walking till someone was available, not one person helped. I give this zero stars for customer service.

I cannot warn you enough: go anywhere else but Ferguson. It would take hours to list the numerous problems. The top three: 1. customer service after purchasing products is scatter shot at best. The showroom rep may, or may not, communicate. 2. The system to track money is incomprehensible. I laid out tens of thousands on my credit card believing that I was paid in full for products listed on my invoices. The rep tried to tell me that the system “charged me as my order was fulfilled.” My appliances were held until I paid more money. The rep said they’d refund me in the end but of course, never happened. 3. My products were incorrectly fulfilled at least a dozen times. I lost count. This company should not be in business.

I was referred to Ferguson by a friend who is an interior designer. The showroom was beautiful but customer service at this store was definitely Non existent. I had questions regarding their installation referral and my calls to him weren’t returned. Calls to the woman who placed my order were not returned despite several attempts. The showroom may be beautiful but you’re on your own if you need anything after the sale is made.
