I had a very poor experience with Fidelity National Title on my refinance transaction!!!! In my experience, the file was not handled with the urgency or proactive follow-up that it needed. I had to do substantial work myself to obtain payoff documents, payment proof, account-closure confirmations, and lien/UCC-related information from third parties. I did not feel Fidelity meaningfully assisted me with those follow-up efforts. The process felt slow and disorganized, and there were repeated delays even after substantial documentation had already been provided. Because of that, I eventually lost confidence in Fidelity’s ability to handle my file efficiently and asked my lender to move the transaction elsewhere. I can only speak from my own experience, but I would not use this title company again based on how my case was handled.

Worst insurance, Don't waste your money. I had a roof leak, they send someone and charged me $75. he told me that he fixed the problem but after a month the leaking became worse. When i called Fidelity to update them regarding the problem, they wanted to charge me $75 again in order to fix the problem that they didn't fix from the beginning.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Fidelity Title Company and their Title Rep, Emi Tsuji and recommend them for their awesome services in the real estate industry. I've worked with them for 19 years on multiple occasions and they never fail to impress me with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. One thing that really sets Fidelity Title Company apart is their dedication to making sure their clients are happy. They totally get that buying or selling a property can be super overwhelming, so they always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. They really know their stuff when it comes to real estate and regulations, and they work hard to make sure all transactions are done quickly and accurately. I've seen firsthand how Emi Tsuji at Fidelity can handle even the trickiest issues that come up during a real estate transaction. Their team is super knowledgeable and dedicated, and they always bring their A-game to every escrow. Plus, they're great at communicating with everyone involved in the transaction – from real estate agents to lenders to buyers and sellers – to make sure everything goes smoothly. Overall, I can't recommend Emi and Fidelity enough. Do not use this title company. Unresponsive, unhelpful and incompetent. I work with title companies frequently, and FNT - Sherman Oaks is hands down the worst office I've ever encountered.

Sheila Isham and team incorrectly put the legal description on title and hindered our ability to foreclose. I am understanding that mistakes and errors occur but the turnaround time and daisy chain of rep's was dismal. I was passed from Sheila, to Tim, to Roger, to Stacy. During this process we had to follow up 4 times without a response. There are so many title companies that I encourage everyone to look into a good one before proceeding.
