Jon is our go-to for all plumbing services and we have been working with Jon for well over ten years. From shower faucet replacements, to water heaters, pressure guages, to pipe bursts, and pipe replacements; his team is reliable and their work is top-notch. I have an old home that increasingly needs plumbing repairs. Jon is both a great plumber and a good guy. When he fixes or repairs something, he always does a thorough job and doesn't cut corners. When something doesn't need to be replaced, he lets me know it can be fixed, instead. For example, a previous plumber tried to convince me that my water heater was not worth fixing and needed to be replaced. My gut feeling was that it was worth fixing, which is when I found Jon who told me that the previous plumber probably didn't want to fix it because it was a hard to do. Jon fixed it, and my water heater is still running. When something doesn't need to be fixed, he's honest about it and lets me know. For example, I was 100% convinced that I had fried my water heater's very old recirculator because I forgot to unplug it when we had to turn our water off to get our sprinklers fixed. A few hours later, when we were able to turn the water back on, the recirculator made a strange screeching sound until I (finally) discovered where the sound was coming from and unplugged it again. John could have easily sold me a new recirculator, but instead he briefly explained why it would take more than the water being off for a few hours to damage the recirculator, and told me that the loud sound was coming from the recirculator's ball bearings. Long story short, he got my old recirculator running again for just the cost of a service charge, which is a fraction of what a new recirculator would have cost me. Enough said. I highly recommend Jon whenever you need a plumber.

Highly recommended! Over the phone, I was to describe our problem to Jon and text a photo of our leaking faucet. Jon was quickly able to determine the issue and presented me with two options to consider. We agreed to an option and he was able to squeeze me into his already busy schedule. He showed up on time and completed the job within a reasonable amount to time. I appreciate Jon's professionalism, responsiveness and honesty!

Jon is professional, timely, honest, and resourceful. I called John at 730pm one evening on a weeknight. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The problem i was having was not something that he had encountered before. He came back the next morning, having researched the issue, and was able to restore 100% water flow to my residence. John wouldn't stop working or researching until he fixed the problem. Normally, I would have gone through my homeowner's insurance, but I'm 100% pleased that I contacted Jon instead. I have continued to contact Jon for my plumbing needs and he has even replaced my water heater. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon and will continue to contact him for my plumbing needs. Excellent service.
