Thousands of products stacked to the ceiling and then there is more upstairs. It's a little disorienting at first because the aisles are long and narrow and crowded with Everything You'll Ever Need. Find any employee, tell them what you're looking for and they will instantly tell which aisle, which side, and how far up to look. I've never been disappointed here.

Did not have what I needed. The kid at the specialty counter was not a real help he went back to scolling his phone. Then I thought about a similar thing that I could make work and he was able to find that with no issue. Overall I made it work. Still a great store for selection of products. Miss some of the older more experienced people.

The employees are amazing! In the paint department. Carlos helped me find a good match for an exterior paint. It was only a difference of a few shades the two options and which would have been unnoticeable by me but the fact that he came and asked me if it's one or the other just said a lot about him. It would have been the placebo effect and i would have never known the difference but that really told me how honest and the integrity he has and it must be a reflection of all other employees there. Cashier is really nice made me laugh over a simple bright humor joke and really really what a lifesaver to have this mini type home depot but it's KOONTZ!! I'm the one who bought the Coca-Cola's that I forgot for my carpenter! GRACIAS!

I've been coming here for over 30 years and was surprised today to notice an obvious lack of new stock on the shelves. I hope they maintain the same level of customer service because honestly it is the reason they have been successful for so long. Someone is always eager to help you, in every department, and never even waits for you to ask. They are proactively interested in making sure you get what you came in for, and will send you to the right other place if they don't have it. The sisters up front at the register are amazing. Housewares attendants are top notch. I pray they stay the same. It may be slightly more expensive than the big box stores but the time you save and the knowledge they pass on to you are priceless. Go here first. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service experience yesterday. I highly recommend this store to the utmost and fullest extent. They’re very professional and helpful and conscientious.
