Lobby Bar at The Global Ambassador

I had my first experience at the The Global Ambassador lobby bar and wanted to give a shout-out to Mason for truly going above and beyond. He wasn’t my server, I already had one and was just vibing on my own, but I happened to pull him aside at one point to ask a few questions. From there, he took it upon himself to check in on me multiple times throughout the night and made sure I was genuinely enjoying both my food and overall experience. At one point, my fries came out cold, and I wasn’t planning to say anything, but Mason stepped in and handled it without hesitation. He made sure I got a fresh, hot order and even followed up to confirm everything was perfect before moving along. That level of care and attention, especially from someone who wasn’t even assigned to my table, really stood out. He made such a difference in my first impression of the lobby bar, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Because of Mason, I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at the AZ Grande and ate dinner at The Lobby Bar twice. Both times we had a fantastic experience! The first night was slow and our Bartender/Server, Tara was wonderful. The second night was SO busy and the bar/kitchen was short staffed. Tara was our Bartender/Server again and was truly amazing! She never kept us waiting, was very friendly, personable, genuine and charming. We also had some special food request and everything came out perfectly! Tara made our experience so great that we wanted to share! AZ Grande is very lucky to have her! We will come back for sure!

I really enjoyed the drinks here, the holiday menu is super fun and yummy! I enjoyed the environment and the vibes, it was very chill and relaxing. The wait time was zero as I had a reservation, if you’re planning on common during the weekend i definitely reccomend it. Overall the experience was lovely!!

When I first came here I always had such a phenomenal experience. Since returning the last few times I’ve noticed the quality of service decline. I came in tonight to grab a quick bite and Bev. Was never greeted so I went up to the bar and they finally had a server come over. I felt very dismissed by the staff

This is the place to be on a Friday night! Great atmosphere and delicious drinks. I got the elevator cocktail and loved it. Kinda pricey but they do a nice pour honestly so can’t complain!
