I wanted to take a moment to recognize Diane at Lowe's Topanga in West Hills for her consistently outstanding customer service. Over the past several visits, Diane has helped me with a variety of transactions, including renting and returning a vehicle, as well as multiple purchases and returns. Every single time, she has been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. After the third or fourth time she assisted me, I realized her level of service was far beyond what I normally experience, and I felt compelled to write this review. No matter how busy things were, she always took the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. Employees like Diane make a real difference in the customer experience. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to helping customers are truly appreciated. Lowe's is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. Thank you, Diane, for your excellent service and for consistently going above and beyond.

I’m really disappointed with this store. This isn’t the first time they’ve canceled an order I placed while an item was on sale, and they never explain why. It’s frustrating to find a good deal, place the order and then get an email saying it’s been canceled with no real reason. If an item is advertised and available for purchase, the company should honor the order instead of canceling it after the fact. This has happened to me more than once, and it’s made me lose confidence in shopping with Lowe’s. I expected much better customer service.

I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Chris Sobalvarro in Millwork. He took the time to help us brainstorm different window safety options and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. He didn’t rush us and made sure we understood our choices, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solutions. Excellent customer service!

They have a better selection of things like plants, carpets, and more compared to Home Depot. While Home Depot usually has a good service but the customer service here was disappointing the day I visited. I waited 20 minutes for help with carpets, but no one showed up, so I ended up helping myself.

Lowe's has gone down hill so badly, there inventory system is horrible. It will tell you online that they 4 items in stock and once you get there, they don't have anything in stock. Then good luck trying to call the store to get a real person to talk to. This damn automated answering system is horrible.It won't let you talk to a real person. What a shame, because I used to like Lowe's better because of their customer service was so much better than Home Depot. But now I will have to switch back because they answer the phone when you call them
