Very prompt service for a Saturday night. Went to a booth in the bar area. Bartender was very attentive and took the time to e toccata and answer our questions regarding the menu & drinks. The happy hour is awesome with fantastic wines for $10. The ceviche was awesome & right amount of spice. The whipped feta had awesome noble bread but it was more a paste or spread not exactly whipped fluffy but still pretty good. Short rib tacos good but I prefer flour tortilla bot corn as they fell apart but still tasty. Atmosphere was chill vibes and GREAT DATE NITE

We’ve driven by so many times but finally made a point to stop in for dinner. We both loved everything we ordered. Our main dishes, the rigatoni and short ribs, were significant portions and were very flavorful, especially the sausage and vegetables in the rigatoni. We split a Caesar salad, which was tangy and a good size as well. The cheesecake is a dry style cake, which I love, but I realize isn’t everyone’s fave style, bhe fruit and coulis were fresh and gave the cheesecake something to soak up.

Absolutely wonderful establishment for group outings. We were able to secure a same-day reservation for a party of 12, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The food and drinks were all delicious, and splitting checks was handled seamlessly. Caitlin was an absolute delight, attentive, friendly, and always making sure our drinks were refilled and everyone was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Oliver's Modern American is a breath of fresh air and easily one of the best dining experiences I've had recently! From the moment you walk in, you can tell they've put a lot of thought into every detail, from the chic, modern décor to the incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The Food & Drinks: The menu is a fantastic take on American classics with a creative, modern twist. On my visit, I tried the Calamari and the Brussels sprouts. I don't know if I was just really hungry or if the food was just super delicious, but everything tasted incredible! The flavors are balanced, the ingredients are clearly high-quality, and the presentation is beautiful.. The Atmosphere & Service: The vibe here is sophisticated yet comfortable, making it perfect for a date night, a business lunch, or a nice dinner with friends. What really puts it over the top, though, is the service. My server, Kelli, was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. You never feel rushed, but the staff is always there right when you need them. Overall, Oliver's Modern American delivers on every front. It's a true 5-star gem that manages to feel special without being stuffy. I've of course already been back at least 3x before posting this review.

My husband and I went for the Southern Comfort wine pairing event and had the BEST time! Dave and his team were so generous and accommodating. The food was incredible and the vibes were top notch. Can't recommend Oliver's enough!
