Marty and the team at Option One were our brokers for our first house purchase in 2023 and we just completed our first refinance with them, shaving $750 off our mortgage payment. We had a very busy year when we bought the house so it was a real life saver to basically have Marty handle everything for us regarding the loan. Our recent no-cost refinance was even easier - Marty just emailed to ask for the go-ahead to begin applying, and a couple weeks later we were signing documents.
