I would highly recommend this home inspection service to everyone. I had previous issues with another home inspection company that missed several catastrophic issues with the home. (They did follow up with second inspection that caught the issues which led to us not purchasing the home.) We switched to using pillar and post for our next home inspection. I requested to be there at the end of the inspection to review the inspection. As a contractor myself I have to say I was incredibly impressed with thorough Sebastian was! I feel like he went through every inch of the house and was able to identify every point of concern and issue. He caught many things that I missed and was able to answer any and every question that I had! Sebastian is direct professional while really showing his indepth knowledge and experience of every different structure and system of the residence. On top of all that he got the inspection to us the same day. I can't say enough good things about Pillar to Post and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Very thorough and capable team of inspectors. Detail oriented and professional. They identify and explain the issue. I love their third-party repair estimate service, helps when justifying a request for repairs in a residential real estate transaction.

This is the second time I’ve used Pillar To Post Home Inspectors for my clients, and once again, they went above and beyond! From scheduling the appointment to confirmations and follow-ups, their communication and professionalism were outstanding every step of the way. Chris Spence was our home inspector, and he took his time to thoroughly inspect the property. His attention to detail stood out. After the inspection, he reviewed all the key bullet points with us, took additional photos as needed, and made sure we fully understood everything. He also provided a organized, full-color printed report in a well designed binder, along with a digital copy emailed to both my client and I. That extra touch makes such a difference! I will absolutely continue using their services whenever I have a listing in the Salinas/Monterey County area. Highly recommend!
