Well, this was my fifth—and final—visit. I really wanted to give this place every opportunity, but unfortunately, I won't be back. The salad in the photo may look larger than it actually is, but for $7.25, the portion is disappointing. It was extremely salty, and the biggest issue was the lack of chicken. Honestly, where was it? There was so little that it was almost nonexistent. I do want to give credit where it's due—the manager was incredibly kind. After I asked to speak with her, she came over and did everything she could to make it right. She was genuinely pleasant and handled the situation professionally. That said, good customer service can't make up for consistently poor food and value. The restaurant was completely empty during my visit, and after multiple chances, I can understand why. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but I also believe people work hard for their money. Based on my experience, there are much better places to spend it

Prep & Pastry in Scottsdale is a stylish and lively spot that is definitely worth the visit, though you should be prepared for a bit of a crowd. I found the rose chai latte to be absolutely excellent, beautifully flavored and the highlight of my morning and the pastry was also quite good. As a tip for fellow visitors, the wait times can be significant, and while street parking is difficult to find, there is a very convenient free parking garage located directly across the street that makes the logistics much smoother. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend snagging a spot in the outdoor seating area; the "Golden Hour" lighting there is spectacular and provides the perfect backdrop for food photography. Overall, it’s a high-quality destination in Old Town that delivers on both taste and atmosphere. You can often join their Yelp Waitlist remotely before you even leave the house to cut down on your standing time. Use the South Bridge Garage located at 7114 E Stetson Dr, which is right across from the restaurant and offers easy access.

Went with a friend and no complaints from either of us! Located perfected walking distance from other stores and the Scottsdale mall. The food was great we got omelets and French toast! Great drink selection and good vibes!

Nice place with lots of options for brunch. The service was a little slow and wasn't very impressed with the food we ordered. The French toast was a little too dry and the shakshuka was just ok.

This place, located in a prime spot, always caught our eye but was closed whenever we were around. Finally, we decided to stop by for brunch. They don’t take reservations but use a Yelp waitlist system — such a convenient touch! We went around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and were seated right away. The restaurant has a modern, well-lit, and warm ambiance. Service was quick and exceptional. I tried the butter pecan coffee — easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time! For food, I went with the Harissa Shakshuka. Unfortunately, the sunny-side-up eggs were too runny, and the sauce leaned overly tangy for my taste. I wished I had picked something else. The classic French toast was decent, though I’ve had better. Overall, the food didn’t quite hit the mark, but the coffee and service definitely did. Prices are reasonable, and the place has potential. For now, I’d rate it a 3.5 but rounding down to a 3.
