Jeanne and the entire team at Rebound made our experience easy, stress-free and simple. Not only was the service great, but the pieces of furniture and art are also incredible. We looked around SB, Ventura and LA county for shops to furnish our home in Montecito, only to be disappointed with miserable customer service and over inflated prices. Come to rebound if you’re looking for furniture!

This review is a long time coming. I have been filling my home with their gorgeous pieces for about nine years. I absolutely love Jeanne. She is so incredibly kind, personable, helpful and really has an eye for style. All the employees are wonderful. I don’t know who does their picking and choosing of items, but everything literally looks brand new and they’re expensive brands. They also have someone that works upstairs that will reupholster anything that you like. They have people that will move your items for you and deliver them and they have new stuff coming in literally every day. I pop in there on the weekends as part of my weekend rituals and I always see new stuff. If you’re looking through the reviews and you haven’t visited this store, please don’t, too many people know about this Woodland Hills gem. 🙌🏻😝

I purchased 6 chairs never used that were originally from Lulu & Georgia. I was eyeing them from the company for more than one year when I saw them here for a fraction of the price. Thrilled. Every aspect of service was perfect from sending me photos to help me decide to the delivery on the East Coast. I highly recommend.

Love this stores selection and the customer service with Jeanne was wonderful! I bought a chrome dining set that I didn't find anywhere else and they delivered it to my house. Looking forward to doing more shopping there‼️

I saw the Lulu and Georgia Bassey chairs online, and I had to have them, but I live in Texas. Luckily, Jeanne, from Rebound Consignment Furniture, was more than willing to help me find several shipping quotes. Jennifer, the driver, was very friendly and got the chairs safely to me about 2 weeks and 5 days after I purchased them. Very thankful to Jeanne for her help and very happy with the chairs!
