this is an easy enough place to go for a casual hangout with friends. I would like to mention specifically that they have decent NA beverages which I personally really appreciate since I don't drink very much. The NA Margarita was really good, my friends enjoyed their hummus and vegetables. Food and drinks arrived promptly although it was a busy Saturday evening.

Tarantula Hill is, unfortunately I think, suffering from success. It's one of the only genuinely good breweries in TO, which makes it very unpleasant. It's always packed, and often with the same crowd. During the day, there are kids. So many kids, like kids celebrating their 8th birthday and soccer games. It's weird. It's impossible to find parking, hard to find a table, it's loud and uncomfortable. But why come back, then? Because it's really pretty good. They have a ton of beers. All my friends particularly like the Liquid Candy IPA. Their menu is large, and they have a whole ice cream station as well as a giant dedicated pizza oven. The food is decent, though overpriced. For example, if you want charcuterie, both meat and cheese, it's like $72 or so. It remains a hangout staple, but partially out of necessity. Though, I suppose, until more competition emerges, Tarantula Hill will continue to be the crown jewel of TO drinking destinations.

Tarantula Hill Brewing Co. was a first for us. We met friends there for Sunday lunch, but this was really a scouting visit to see if it would work as an event venue. The space is huge - with lots of seating out front, inside, and out back. There are fire pits in the front, a stage in the back, and plenty of room for tables and mingling. From an event perspective, it’s a great setup and very flexible. The service model is more DIY than we expected. You grab your own water at the bar, and to order food or drinks, you either stand in line (separate lines for bar, ice cream, and pizza) or scan a QR code at your table. At first, I rolled my eyes at having to order on my phone (hello, COVID flashbacks), but for this kind of place, it actually works really well. One person can open a tab, others can add to it, and you close out at the end. Mid-meal, I wanted another Diet Coke—two taps on my phone, and it arrived in under a minute. That’s faster than traditional table service. There are also lots of TVs inside, so if sports are your thing, you’ll be happy. The menu has something for everyone, but the food itself was just okay. We ordered a chicken wrap, a vegan sandwich, ahi tuna tacos, and a Hawaiian pizza. Ironically, the tater tots were the crowd favorite. This place really wins on ambiance, layout, and ease of service. The food isn’t the draw—but the vibe absolutely is. Will we be back? Yes. We’re planning to work with them on hosting an event. You really can’t beat the atmosphere.

This spot in Thousand Oaks is one of my go-to places to meet up with friends. They offer a great mix of fun beer options, creative cocktails, and tasty food. During our visit, we shared the BBQ pizza and margarita pizza—both were delicious. Ordering through the QR code on our phones was quick and easy, and the service was prompt. The atmosphere is lively, modern, and full of energy, making it a great place to hang out. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for good drinks, flavorful food, and a fun vibe.

A lively restaurant with a great selection of beers, tasty food, and live music! One of the most fun spots in the area, and it stays open late. You can catch your favorite sports on the big screens, and the pizza is definitely worth trying. The only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging P.S great customer service! If
