Dinner at Thea was a whole experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Joseph, who might genuinely be the best server I’ve had all year. Attentive, warm, and effortlessly on top of everything, he set the tone for the night in the best way. I ordered the Grilled Skirt Steak, and while it was cooked well, the dish itself didn’t really stand out. The flavors were fine, just not as memorable as I hoped for a signature entrée. On the flip side, the fried calamari was a total win, perfectly cooked, lightly crisp, and seasoned with a flavor that made it hard to stop reaching for more. Dessert ended things on a high note. The lemon olive oil cake with lemon curd and raspberry compote was bright, balanced, and absolutely delicious. The kind of dessert that makes you slow down and savor every bite. Overall, Thea delivered a lovely evening with standout service, great starters, and a dessert worth coming back for. With a little more spark in the main dish, this would’ve easily been a 5‑stars from me.

We had dinner and drinks at Thea Rooftop in Phoenix and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was fantastic, the views during sunset were stunning, and the food, drinks, and overall menu were all excellent. I was a little worried about sitting outdoors on the patio during the Phoenix summer heat, but the mist on the patio was so refreshing and made it very comfortable. It ended up being such a beautiful spot to enjoy the evening. Everything we tried was great, but the standouts were definitely the dumplings, Greek-style fries, and the chicken plate. Thea Rooftop had such a great atmosphere and we would absolutely recommend it.

First and foremost I’d like to start with the phenomenal service my mom and I experienced visiting Thea for my birthday dinner. The customer service was absolutely excellent from the host to the servers. Gavin and Annie truly made my birthday extra special. They were kind, personable, helpful in recommendations and super attentive to our needs! We had a great time chatting with them both. The vibes and aesthetics were super cute all of which was immaculate. Let’s get into the food-OMG!! I told Annie The seasonings and taste of all the flavors will forever live in my mind and taste buds. It was truly an unforgettable palate of flavor ! Everything we tried was exquisite. The manti dumplings and shrimp scampi was so delish I almost wanted to order double to take home. Great choice by the way Gavin. The drinks were perfectly made- I had the Sunseeker which had Mezcal in it so it was strong and very much so worth the price, the bartender blended it well. My mom had frozè and she loved it. In the end Gavin surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake which was very thoughtful. Thanks again Gavin and Annie for being so amazing giving me an experience I will always remember! I can’t wait to visit Arizona again so I can visit Thea and try a new dish

Absolutely delicious food. The whipped ricotta was just phenomenal and had to have been my favorite dip, but the kopanisti was a close runner up with how flavorful it was. I had heard great things about the chicken souvlaki skewers, so I think I had higher expectations. I'm not a big lamb fan, so the open faced lamb pita wasn't my favorite. That shrimp scorpio though? Mouth watering. Just incredible. Service was excellent, drinks were delicious, and the restaurant is beautiful too.

This was our first time here and we could not stop talking about it when we left. Came in from out of town to visit friends and we went here for drinks and appetizers, our server Solomon was incredible! He was very personable, had great product knowledge and made great recommendations. From start to finish everything was perfect, we can’t wait to come back!
