Stayed for a girls birthday weekend and the service was exceptional. Marques, the concierge, went above and beyond for our group. Between welcome drinks, surprises in the room, hand written notes, and helping with our pool and dinner reservations, we were taken care of every step of the way. Thea is a beautiful rooftop spot and the food was delicious. Will recommend to anyone coming to Scottsdale.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, and I only wish we could have stayed longer than one evening. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool before enjoying a wonderful dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The room itself was spectacular, with thoughtful luxury touches throughout. I especially appreciated the high end amenities, including the Dyson hair dryer, excellent water pressure, and an incredibly comfortable bed. What really stood out was the attention to detail. When we returned to our room after dinner, it had been thoughtfully prepared for the evening with chocolates and bottled water placed by the bed. They had even neatly organized our toiletries, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I will absolutely be back next time for a much longer stay.

If you’re looking for a cool, classy night out, The Global Ambassador is definitely the spot right now. It’s kind of all the rage and always has a great vibe. They’ve got a few different restaurant concepts, and we end up coming here pretty often. Our go-to is thèa on the rooftop...really good Mediterranean food and awesome sunset views over the city. It’s not the cheapest night out (valet + dinner adds up), but honestly it’s worth it for the experience. Haven’t stayed at the hotel yet since it’s a little pricey, but I’ve heard it’s great if you’re celebrating something special. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want a nice night out around Phoenix/Scottsdale.

What a fantastic experience at this hotel. Marques Johnson from the concierge contacted us before we arrived and set reservations up for us and gave us great personalized attention and service. Great vibe at the hotel and poolside. Centrally located. Lobby bar an Roof top at night was fantastic. Highly recommended for adult stays. We will be back!

My husband and I celebrated our elopement this past weekend at The Global Ambassador, and it was the most incredible stay! Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptional. We want to give a special shout-out to Luke and Rigo for taking such great care of us. A huge thank you to everyone at Le Àmé, especially Juliet, for the flawless service. Finally, thank you to Tatum! She made our entire stay magical, provided spectacular dining and activity recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to showcase the luxury hospitality of this one-of-a-kind hotel!
