I had a very disappointing experience at Glowbal Ambassador last night. My friend had a prepaid reservation for her birthday, and we arrived around 11:00 PM to join her and celebrate. At the front door, the hostess, Whitney, was the person who would not let me in. She told me that my friend’s table was full. However, my friend came to the entrance and explained that the table was not full and that there were empty seats. She even offered for Whitney to come and see the table herself. Despite this, Whitney still refused to let me in. Whitney also mentioned that they don't let people in after 11:30 PM, but we arrived around 11:00 PM, so we were still within the stated time. This was my first time ever having an experience like this, and honestly, it made me feel embarrassed, unwelcome, and very disappointed. I was only there to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I don't understand why I was treated this way when there was clearly space at the table. I cannot say for certain what Whitney's reason was for refusing me entry, but the way I was treated made me feel that my skin color may have played a role, and that is a very upsetting feeling to leave with. My friend was also extremely disappointed by the situation and even said that she regretted making her birthday reservation at this venue. I hope management takes this situation seriously and looks into what happened, especially how guests are treated at the front entrance. No one should feel unwelcome or embarrassed when they are simply trying to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, what should have been a happy and memorable birthday celebration turned into a very upsetting experience.

If you want to impress your company- bring them to Le Amé and be sure to have Zach as your waiter. Excellent service- entertaining experience, fantastic recommendations and your table will be laughing all night long. I highly recommend the caviar and onion dip chips, lobster buccatini and the strawberry breast dessert. Fantastic night!

Top Notch Transportation

I’ve been coming to The Global Ambassador since the day they opened, both personally and as a place I regularly recommend to many of my clients, including private members of the hotel. I’ve also had the pleasure of personally driving Sam and his wife on and off for years, so I’ve been fortunate to experience The Global Ambassador from several different perspectives. The Lobby Bar has always been one of my favorite places to bring clients to enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and overall scene. A huge part of what keeps us coming back is the incredible hospitality we receive from Ashley and Kennedi. Both Ashley and Kennedi are consistently professional, attentive, welcoming, and accommodating. They remember myself and my clients by first name, know what we like, and have a way of making everyone feel genuinely special and appreciated. My clients enjoy them so much that they specifically request Ashley or Kennedi whenever they’re working. I’ve been in the transportation business here in the Valley for over 18 years, and many of the clients I bring into The Global Ambassador are people I’ve personally taken care of for years. When they come into town, The Global Ambassador is one of the first places I recommend, and I always tell them to visit the Lobby Bar and ask for Ashley or Kennedi. I’ll continue coming back for the incredible food, beautiful atmosphere, great drinks, and first-class hospitality that make The Global Ambassador such a special place. But exceptional employees are what truly make a great hotel memorable, and Ashley and Kennedi are perfect examples of that. They don’t just take great care of me they consistently go above and beyond for my clients as well. That means a lot to me, and they will always be at the very top of my list. Thank you, Ashley and Kennedi, for always making us feel like family and providing such an outstanding experience every single time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re looking for a cool, classy night out, The Global Ambassador is definitely the spot right now. It’s kind of all the rage and always has a great vibe. They’ve got a few different restaurant concepts, and we end up coming here pretty often. Our go-to is thèa on the rooftop...really good Mediterranean food and awesome sunset views over the city. It’s not the cheapest night out (valet + dinner adds up), but honestly it’s worth it for the experience. Haven’t stayed at the hotel yet since it’s a little pricey, but I’ve heard it’s great if you’re celebrating something special. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want a nice night out around Phoenix/Scottsdale.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, and I only wish we could have stayed longer than one evening. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool before enjoying a wonderful dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The room itself was spectacular, with thoughtful luxury touches throughout. I especially appreciated the high end amenities, including the Dyson hair dryer, excellent water pressure, and an incredibly comfortable bed. What really stood out was the attention to detail. When we returned to our room after dinner, it had been thoughtfully prepared for the evening with chocolates and bottled water placed by the bed. They had even neatly organized our toiletries, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I will absolutely be back next time for a much longer stay.
