What an amazing place. Just a great place for a Sunday afternoon and drive. We ordered the BLT and it was huge. The bacon was about an inch thick. The bread was delicious. We also ordered the steak sandwich which was also incredible. The grounds are nice rustic grounds. Keep in mind that it is terrain, so walking around much is limited if you have mobility issues. They do have a back entrance to the winery that is accessible. Parking is limited in the front, but there is rear parking. There is plenty of outside seating throughout the grounds of both buildings. Plenty of covered spots. Beer is ice cold and a nice selection of wine.

A very authentic steak house with old town vibe. It’s usually crowded due to popularity. You are recommended to make a reservation a few weeks in advance. I think we booked about three weeks before to be well seated at the time frame of our reservation. We got a booth table for 5. It was very cozy. Food wise, if you are a steak person, don’t miss their rib-eye, baked potato combo. If you are a sweet desert person, order their lava cake. It’s delicious! Everything else we got was very tasty! Portion for everything is generous. Friendly price given today’s economy. We got quite a bit of leftovers back home to enjoy too! Service was good, not too warm but we got everything we wanted eventually, they were just really busy all that time. I recommend this place to people who love a good steak and a cozy place to dine&wine. I do apologize the pictures aren’t doing the food justice due to low light. But I guarantee everything was tasty.

Pros: • The food is great, • Cashier was nice and friendly, • Outside dinning has a panoramic view, • Parking is available, • Restroom is available. Cons: • The prices are outrageous, • Limited menu, • Cutlery and plates for such a top dollar statehouse are plastic and paper one time to go which is a bold red flad, • Dine in the building was closed, • Tables are dirty and you have to do the self service for ordering and picking it up from the window. There're nobody to serve you or clean after. • Unexplained extra hidden charges were added that is not being served or purchased. Conclusion: If you want to pay the maximum price for dining in a dirty old farm style restaurant and being screwed, then this place would be a heaven, otherwise it doesn't worth coming back.

Absolutely loved this place. I stopped by on a whim and im so glad I did. The staff was super friendly, even though they were busy they still took the time to chat a bit. I ordered the Reuben and it was one of the best Ive had in a while the bread was perfectly crispy. My friend got a salad and was raving about the dressing they make in house. The whole vibe was just relaxed and comfortable, like hanging out at someones home. Cant wait to come back and try more off the menu.

I left very happy with my visit and would gladly recommend Old Place to anyone looking for a unique dining experience with great food, friendly people, and a lot of character.
